Are Festival Videos Still Relevant?
We are biased, of course, but emphatically yes!! Festivals run on energy, and video is one of the best ways to carry that energy beyond the event itself. It captures the sound, the movement, and the crowd in a way that lets people feel like they were there, which is what makes them want to come next time. Photos do a great job showing the details and moments of an event, and video works alongside them by adding pace and atmosphere. Together they give organizers a full picture to share. Most people decide to attend based on what they see online, so a strong recap helps sell next year's tickets. It can also work as a tool to give sponsors proof of the audience they reached and gives vendors and performers content they can share themselves. Social platforms also continue to favor video, so one piece of footage can work across every channel for months after the event ends.
